The first impression of the stay is yours
A relocating executive, a traveling nurse, or a family between homes judges the whole stay by the first ten minutes. A locked lobby, a missing fob, or nobody to explain the thermostat turns into a phone call to your team. Concierge Unlimited makes that first moment easy: a representative is there when the guest arrives, keys in hand, ready to show them around.

What a meet and greet includes
- Key, fob, and access handoff. We collect keys from the property or lockbox and hand them to the guest in person, along with parking passes and building access.
- Personalized unit walkthrough. Wi-Fi, TV, thermostat, appliances, laundry, trash and recycling, and the house rules you want covered.
- Luggage assistance. Help getting bags from the car or curb to the unit.
- Building orientation. Mail room, gym, parking, and who to contact for building issues.
- A quick check before they arrive. We confirm the unit is ready, so the guest never walks into a surprise.
- Confirmation to your team. You know the guest is settled without having to call.
After-hours and changing arrivals
Flights are late and plans change. Meet and greets are scheduled around the guest's real arrival time, including evenings and weekends, and we adjust when the itinerary does. Tell us what you need and we will confirm what is possible for that date and market.
“Their team works hard to accommodate each of our requests, even those that come in at the last minute.”Barbara T.
Make the arrival complete
Pair the meet and greet with grocery stocking and a welcome basket so the kitchen is ready, or a guest-ready inspection earlier in the day so you know the unit is perfect.
Common questions
Can you meet guests late at night or on weekends?
Yes. After-hours and weekend arrivals are a normal part of our work. Share the expected arrival time and we will confirm availability.
What if the guest's flight is delayed?
We adjust to the guest's real arrival time whenever we can and keep your team informed.
Where do you pick up the keys?
Wherever you tell us: the leasing office, a lockbox, a key service, or another representative. We follow your instructions.
