Inspections that let you manage units you can't visit
Corporate housing providers place guests in cities where they have no staff. When a unit has to be guest-ready tomorrow, or a guest has just moved out, someone needs to see it in person. Concierge Unlimited sends an experienced, detail-oriented representative to the unit, follows your checklist, and reports back with photos and clear notes.

Types of inspections
Move-in and guest-ready inspections
Before a guest arrives we confirm the unit is clean, stocked, and working. We check furnishings and housewares against your inventory, test appliances, lights, heating and cooling, Wi-Fi and TV, look for damage or maintenance issues, and confirm keys, fobs, and parking access. If something needs attention, you hear about it while there is still time to fix it.
Mid-stay inspections
For longer placements, a mid-stay walkthrough protects the unit and the relationship with the guest. We schedule around the guest, note the condition of the unit, report maintenance needs, and confirm the stay is going smoothly.
Move-out inspections
After the guest leaves we document the unit's condition, compare it with the move-in record, note missing or damaged items, collect keys, and confirm what is needed before the next placement, such as a final clean or equipment return.
What you get with every inspection
- Your checklist, or ours. Send your inspection form and we follow it, or use our standard room-by-room walkthrough.
- Photos of every room. Clear, well-lit photos of each space, plus close-ups of anything that needs attention.
- Real-time issue alerts. Problems are reported while we are still on site, so you can decide what to do right away.
- A detailed report on completion. Notes and photos in one place, ready to share with your team, the property, or the client.
- Confirmation when it's done. No chasing updates; you know the job is complete.
“We depend on them to inspect our units across the country. However, they offer more than just inspections.”Michelle M.
Add services to the same visit
While we are at the unit we can wait for a cable or internet installation, stock groceries and a welcome basket, arrange a turnover or final clean, or return internet equipment after move-out. Bundling saves you a second trip and a second invoice.
Where we inspect
We inspect furnished apartments, corporate housing, and temporary housing units nationwide, from Washington, DC and Northern Virginia to Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego. Send the address and we will confirm coverage and timing.
Common questions
How quickly can you schedule an inspection?
It depends on the market and the date, and we often handle short-notice requests. Send the address and the date you need, and we will confirm availability before anything is booked.
Can you use our inspection checklist?
Yes. Send your form or list of items and we follow it. If you don't have one, we use our standard room-by-room walkthrough.
How do we receive the inspection report?
Issues are reported while we are on site, and a detailed report with photos and notes is sent when the inspection is complete.
Do you inspect units that are occupied?
Yes. Mid-stay inspections are scheduled around the guest, and we keep the visit brief and respectful.
